Connections | Regional Offices
Care Connection for Children (CCC) is a collaborative partnership with VCU and sponsored by the Virginia
Department of Health. CCC is a statewide network of six regional programs that coordinates the health care, community support services and resources
to children with special health care needs.
The team-based approach pulls together case managers, medical personnel, educators
and family members to determine how children with special health care needs
can reach their maximum potential.
